In the division I am in, AWS does not like people hitting quota. It has become unattainable for most. But the culture is by far the worst aspect of the job. Leadership is completely uninterested in making employees feel valued and first time managers are hand-picked to lead teams of very experienced sellers just because they can be easy bullied by leadership into cracking the whip.

Not a lot of strategy given from sr leaders or understanding of how to work with partners. Lots of pushback on key partners because “they just don’t like them”
