My overall experience was wildly uneven. Ones experience is entirely dictated by your direct manager, and if you are there long enough it's Russian roulette. There is no company wide culture of human decency or respect. It is entirely dependent on your team.

Great product, great brand recognition. Leadership takes pride in the AWS values and expects reps to abide by the same. Heavy travel expected. Usually 2-3 times a month. 30-40% YoY growth number, not an exaggeration.
