From a comp perspective they’re fine. What was most challenging was their immature/unacceptable approach to prospecting and handling customers. They preach being customer centric but absolutely are not. Reps are constantly starting off conversations on their back foot because leads are coming in asking us to stop spamming them (ps. It’s not the reps who are responsible for the outbound emails. That’s all run by the Product Led Sales Motion team)
