Overall fantastic company and great place to work. SDR life is solid and going forward certainly expect things it to be a place new SDRs should look to join. Early career probably a better focus here, but good place to make an impact

Company is great but scaling too quickly and too many silo'd environments. It's only downhill from here as we are growing too quick.

The change of the sales org is literally the worst thing that is going to happen to Atlassian - at this rate there will be people burning out left and right. Leadership of SDRs are useless (upper management, not lower management) and not open to feedback, will even punish you for giving criticism.
