Great company that is transitioning from Product-Led-Growth into more proactive sales with more sales people. Culture is great with great customers that are open to speak to you and are happy with the platform. Huge downside: way too many internal meetings and sales operations is a nightmare, be prepared to live in a ticket system half of your day to get quotes (that take weeks) or get any other concessions. Hope this changes quick for now its a huge drain.

Overall fantastic company and great place to work. SDR life is solid and going forward certainly expect things it to be a place new SDRs should look to join. Early career probably a better focus here, but good place to make an impact
