Externally, customers love the product. Internally, there is a lack of clarity and focus, with business priorities changing from meeting to meeting. Compensation is changed every 6 months and sales ops is very immature. Be prepared to spend several hours of your week on operational tasks and internal meetings. Success is possible, but getting much harder with the re-org.

Really great company culture with a good product that users love. Can feel a bit hard to really crush it as you are given accounts and a territory that is fair but has limited upside but with a good work ethic you can hit the number and earn decent money.
