C-Suite completely turned over this year. GTM is being rebuilt. Net-new reps are struggling. Very low inbound volume. SDR support inconsistent. No outbound rep will hit quota this year. Customer sales team is doing fine, closing more deals but still not very many hitting quota. I would avoid.

It's an old, mature company that is profitable. Dated product, but it works well for what our customers need and we generally have a good reputation in the industry. We need better ERP integrations.
