It's an old, mature company that is profitable. Dated product, but it works well for what our customers need and we generally have a good reputation in the industry. We need better ERP integrations. Remote work is tough because it can be hard to find answers, get help, or find what you're looking for if you don't know who to go to. Overall, I am pretty happy with my decision to join BT.

Product is not a good fit for specific verticals. Good people, but management was not the best. Expectations are high, but the support is not there and hard to sell a product when it is a not a product fit.
