I really enjoy the team and leadership here. The training was challenging due to the large amount of information to learn, coupled with the expectation to quickly get up to speed and start working with customers. While everyone is supportive and willing to help, it can be difficult to figure out who to approach for specific issues. Additionally, I feel the base salary could be more competitive.

My overall experience is that Billtrust, as a rapidly growing company is very aware of the challenges rapid growth brings with it, and puts the right people in the right place.

C-Suite completely turned over this year. GTM is being rebuilt. Net-new reps are struggling. Very low inbound volume. SDR support inconsistent. No outbound rep will hit quota this year. Customer sales team is doing fine, closing more deals but still not very many hitting quota. I would avoid.
