The culture has become too call heavy under new-ish leadership, that leader has created a negative culture where no one has any real buy in. The only reason people stay is because the culture and company itself are good.

Sales org is tanking. Used to be run much better but lots of key leaders left in 2022, resulting in their culture diminishing. Lots of changes and growing pains taking place and leadership hasn’t met the moment yet. Hopefully they turn it around sooner than later, otherwise their CEO will have no problem publicly throwing his sales team under the bus again
