Quotas have gone way up and the new comp plan is much worse for BDRs. A large percentage of our attainment is based on ACV (closed/won revenue), which is largely out of our hands.

Toxic work environment on the sales side, all elbows and focus on insane targets, no comp rise to match increase in targets. Chaotic and complete lack of structure, not even the ROEs are followed. Advice to managers: Appreciate the work the reps are putting in. As long as they feel exchangeable to a high extent , the rotation of reps will continue to be very high....Read More

They constantly revise the compensation to find ways to pay AE's less. There used to be accelerators for selling Zero Trust products. There used to be larger accelerators for multi-year deals.
