I do well because of my experience. First line management is lacking on every level. My manager (a woman) was gas lighting me and trying to make me fail because she was threatened by me. One of the best cultures in individual teams, especially individuals with tenure above 2 years. Since the management change a bit rough on the VP/C-level. Salary was never supposed to be top-notch, but got better over the years for new hires - not for existing staff, though.
