Amazing Platform. Important Category (Data, Analytics, AI). Growing pains in the developing sales org. 3-4 re-orgs in less than 2 years and 2 significant changes to the overall compensation plan. Company still truly operates like a startup.

Great leadership and culture. The people and product are great and while growing fast there is an ongoing demand and inbound questions from the ecosystem expanding rapidly on Databricks technology. Sometimes hard to keep track of new products but it keeps the backlog filled and easy to generate pipe!
