Company is well equipped, but is putting on a lot of administrative work when it comes to underperformance. As multiple customers get into a first plateau, the company seem not to deal very well and deliver no concepts how to overcome than just putting more admin-work on top.

Great product and top-end leaders. A lot of middle managers who came from SFDC do not know how to sell a product like Databricks. IMO, too many AE's to make sure we can all eat. And they cut the customer success engineer, who would help with customer maturity. In my time, they never made it simple enough, and we could never get the data into Databricks as fast as...Read More
