Current Employee Being at Databricks is amazing and it will change your resume and open up many doors for you. The only downside is they are able to reward salespeople with very little commission for closing deals because they know they will stay for the equity and name on the resume.
Many leaders have changed and many processes have been changed, but overall it's an easy place to coast, get good experience, make decent money, but you will never blow it out of the water here. One to two reps get lucky with a whale and make seven figures, but the rest of us usually make between $200K to $250K. Some people are okay with that, but if you are a true salesperson and want to get rewarded for closing deals, this is not the place for you.
