Former Employee My candid advice, proceed with caution. The sales org is a mess. Some reps are crushing — the product is first class — others are struggling to hit 40% of quota. Comp plans are made by data scientists and executives with no sales experience. Territories are changed on a whim. What they tell you in the interview process likely won’t be reality. Data quality used for creating territories is also awful. Especially for a… data company.
