Fast paced, great product market fit, excellent executive leadership. Product has a great reputation, and there are always new things being released to sell. Consumption based account plan, so high floor, low ceiling. Tough to really crush your OTE, but also unlikely you’ll starve.

Good product market fit. Very complex product though and a lot of organizations are not ready for it. High growth organization so GTM is a bit chaotic

My overall experience is good at the field level but there are certainly challenges with the sales culture and leadership. Lack of attention to what the field is sharing for feedback and guidance, empire building.
