Really poor leadership in my organization that valued "yes" people rather than people who have new ideas or who challenge the process to move things forward.

Company is well equipped, but is putting on a lot of administrative work when it comes to underperformance. As multiple customers get into a first plateau, the company seem not to deal very well and deliver no concepts how to overcome than just putting more admin-work on top.

Incredible organization. Product market fit is super strong, customers love the product, sales leadership and eng talent is excellent. Comp structure is great, culture is vibrant and energetic. Stock plan is great
