Current Employee2.7Oct 24, 2024Databricks has completely changed their go to market motion while making no change to the support team needed to make this new motion successful. Comp plans are unattainable and confusing. Leadership has acknowledged this but made no meaningful change. I imagine there will be quite a bit of attrition at the end of this fiscal year.
