Positive. Easygoing yet hungry colleagues in Denver. Always willing to collaborate. Can be cliquey but that’s every company. Lack of inbounds is by far the worst attribute.

My overall experience was not great. Working at Datadog, you live and die "for the business". Beyond micromanaged under horrific leadership. An intense amount of favoritism is bleeding throughout the sales organization. Tons of nasty attitudes. I could not recommend working for Datadog any less. The worst experience I have ever had in a sales role.

No upward mobility. You can hit your number and meet internal target requirements consistently & not be promoted for those efforts. Top sellers on the commercial floor consistently choosing to move on from Datadog QoQ because leadership not interested in retaining their talents through either pay or internal promotions.
