Current Employee Culture can be cliquey if you just focus on socialising just within your org or region . Leadership can be a bit old school however this highly depends on the manager that you have and the way they work. This can really determine the culture of your team and the type of leadership that you would be dealing with.
That being said if you’re open to socialising with different teams or different regions, you can end up meeting amazing people who help you level up your career and you social interactions at the Company
