so far so good. lots of opportunities in the right patch but lots of challenges that come along that; deals push, budgets shrink, etc.

Pros Great product, great culture, great people. Cons (1) GTM for Enterprise needs improving. Segmented by employee count when the biggest driver for propensity to spend on Datadog is cloud spend. (2) Very few people hitting quota (3) Partnership side of the business weak due to land and expand strategy

Definitely a company to work for with steep learning curve, great leadership, a lot of development opportunities. But base is quite low, commission as well and reps are not hitting quota.
