Way too much overlap, small percentage of reps are actually hitting number. TAM is a massive concern in corporate and there has been significant rep attrition this year as a result. No communication from upper leadership on how they plan to fix things.

I tried so hard to like it here. I know it’s great to have on your resume, and datadog is a leader in the observability space. But the lack of true leadership in Denver ruined it for me. Great people on a personal level, but most mid-level managers have no business being in their position. And the VP of sales is even worse.
