It’s a great learning experience for sales, they give you a lot of frameworks and the leadership team is supportive but the account patch dismal. The company is fixing it by giving new logo bonuses but they need to change the set up and add existing accounts for the reps to make it work. Less than 10% hits quota.

Leadership in commercial sales is terrible. The managers are all brand new managers with little leadership experience before and the only coaching they know is director from the director above who was a used car salesman.
