Former Employee Good company to learn how to become an AE, but you will be motivated to leave after 1 year there. Their strategy is basically to throw bodies at the market. Collectively, Datadog hits their target and VPs can pat themselves on their back, but the individual AEs struggle to hit quota. Maybe 10-20% of AEs hit their number, and that's being generous. Good training and solid product, but definitely a revolving door sales team.
