Would not recommend – below market pay, low quota attainment across all segments, 90% of IC spent time pipeline generation activities, oversaturated account territories, etc.

Overall experience was bad. Although Datadog has a great product, and invests a lot in R&D the sales leadership in EMEA is absolute crap. No accountability from the leadership team, nor do they coach or help their reps become successful.
