The product is also fit within the market, some of the issues we have only is showcasing the real value due to it being expensive.

People are great to work with, product market fit is solid, leadership is lackluster with mixed messaging around career mobility. Despite being an established company/organization, things at time have the feel of a startup. Overall it really is a great place to work.
