Good compensation package. Was left alone a lot to work my territory as a sales rep. Downside, is the company is always restructuring. To the point customers know it too. They shuffle sales territories, accounts and support teams all the time. I had a new sales team, manager and accounts every 6-12 months. Started as a southern MD rep, 6 months later I had Richmond Virginia accounts as well. 6 months later there were West Virginia accounts.

While a great company to work for, with great culture and benefits, compensation falls well behind the market if you do not have movement every 2-3 years. Often quota's increase 50% QOQ and sometimes 100% YOY.

Still here after 10 years. Have had 7 mangers and resorts. The culture is fine. Been better and worse over time. I can have fun if I create it myself. Products and name gets doors open.
