My first year and a half at Dell were great, but recently there has been a big shake up in the way things are being done and I am not a fan. Ultimately its a good company to work for with great benefits, but the pay is just not top tier. Everybody is willing to help and support you, but there seems to be some disconnect with leadership. lots of decisions that make you scratch you head.

Dell is a great company with many great people working there. The thing about sales is that sometimes you can land on a great account that does very well or vice versa. You just have to be prepared for either and put your best foot forward and then you will be successful.

Great on the front end as far as preparation and training, but honeymoon quickly fades when you realize leadership has no idea what they’re doing.
