I came from a SaaS environment to Dell and struggled selling hardware (laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, servers, storage, etc.). Most of my customers were school districts and public orgs who got "oversold" during the pandemic. It wasn't a good fit for me.

There is no structure within Dell Canada SMB. a few sales teams hog all of the good accounts.
