Former Employee Working for Dell does not require skill competence, but rather networking competence as leadership basically chooses winners and losers. You have to play the game to be recognized, and not necessarily be good at your job as they help you by making you benefit from accounts that have been developed by a grinder without a good "brand" (branding is a way they pick their winners and losers). promotions and recognition are directly tied to your networking skills.
Structurally they do offer a good base and benefits package with numerous advancement opportunities, all subject to you playing the "game". Waning diversity and toxic leadership! Browse Other Reviews
