Dell's culture has deteriorated over the past 2 years. The push for RTO when none of your team is local, unattainable quotas, constant tools issues, and constant layoffs have seriously damaged employee morale. If you are looking for a job, I advise you to look elsewhere as the sales organization is mismanaged and it has become impossible to make decent money. My manager admitted that this was by design and that the company was trying to get people to quit to avoid paying severance.

Having been at the company for over 10 years I’ve witnessed the slow demise of the organisation and a shift towards being box shifters. Overall innovation is down and culture is lacking however, there are a few gems and a few good products however, overall strategy isn’t great anymore
