This program is great to develop you as a sales person if you are right out of college. If you have a ton of previous work experience this is not the program for you. As an Associate ISR you make between 72k to 80k base salary with not commission or OTE. When promoted to ISR you make 60k Base with 85k OTE, most people do not hit their OTE. The whole point of this program is to be promoted to an Account Executive role so pay is not competitive for the ISR role but there is upside.

My overall experience is that Dell provides great benefits and a decent culture. The morale at Dell has gone down significantly with constant layoffs every 3-6 months. Dell is not willing to evolve with the market and provide customers with the best solutions.
