Current Employee4.6Oct 6, 2023I have a lot of flexibility with being fully remote. I have a lot of leads inbound and outbound. My manager and leadership is very helpful and understanding. However, Dell is moving to a hybrid schedule and pushing into office 3 times a week.

Current Employee3.4Dec 7, 2025Dell is a great company with many great people working there. The thing about sales is that sometimes you can land on a great account that does very well or vice versa. You just have to be prepared for either and put your best foot forward and then you will be successful.
