Quotas since 2021 have ballooned and Dell Technologies is not using historical data to set these metrics. They are using their "Ai" algorithm. Many employees have complained for witnessing account quotas which would set records within various account sets.

The entry level sales role in SB is a grind but if you do well then other avenues open up that are more fulfilling and less stressful.
