The people in Docusign's Public Sector organization are great to work with. Docusign product leadership was challenging and getting them to make the appropriate investments in required certifications was always a battle for Pub Sect leadership and CSMs. The product is superior to any other eSignature solution on the market and customers really like it. Overall a really good place to be an AE or FLSM.

Bad management. Very toxic and political. No real product road map. Rather a bunch of "lets try if it works" without really understanding the market need.

I love this company. Lots of ups and downs and complaining about management but all of the reps on my team that are good believe in the product and stick to a very simple system to sell an incredibly simple product.
