US market feels saturated, and the recent layoffs seem to indicate the company still hasn't steadied. 2022 was rough, and 2023 was amazing, so we're all expecting increased quotas & reduced payouts for 2024.

The success in this role is heavily associated with the territory. Top performers have the best territories (NY, CA, FL, TX, MA). Base comp is low but there's opportunity for overtime. I hit quota and my OTE in 7 months but it took a lot of work and burning through my book which was already heavily picked over. Product is getting harder to sell due to much higher...Read More

I would stay away from DocuSign sales orgs for awhile. Maybe 30% of reps will hit quota this year and leadership wants to chalk it up to rep incompetence.
