During my tenure I have never missed quota. We have great sales leaders & a fantastic product market fit. New leadership team is focused on revamping our GTM strategy & investing in tools to increase efficiency for the sales team.

Created opportunities to network and development. The base pay was fairly decent but the culture made up for whatever compensation lacked as well as benefits.
