Fantastic leadership and culture at Docusign. Cannot fault it. The only thing I’d change is the base pay, but it wasn’t a top priority for me to begin with so I’m still very happy there almost 12 months in!

Overall, it's a good company. Their focus used to be more on Employee satisfaction, but not so much anymore. I'm a top producer, lifetime average attainment of 147% and in order to get a raise I had to receive another job offer. Why let good employees get to that point? DocuSign has a great culture and is the market leader in eSignature making for a positive selling environment. I would recommend the company to anyone. Pay is slightly lower than the tech industry and they no longer offer equity to AEs
