It’s fine, good name to work for Company has lost a lot of its heart, leadership can seem disconnected. Sales teams has going through a lot of changes, only content is change.

My overall experience was good, but even though I was a top performer, the opportunities for promotion were slim. Very discouraging towards the end of my tenure.

In the brief time I was at DocuSign, leadership changed over 3X. The current CEO seems more focused on updating his personal LinkedIn and pursuing selling off DocuSign than winning against competition.

DocuSign can be a little chaotic with processes all over the place and poor data at hand; but there's certainly worse places to be. They over-hired during COVID but that seems to have levelled out and there is plenty of opportunity in the market as their CLM product matures.
