There are 5 levels of sales management, which is easily 3 too many. The top couple of levels pre record their speeches to the masses which is weak considering how much they make. The bottom 3 levels mainly misinterpret spreadsheets and repeat past mistakes. Luckily, you don't need management to sell a commodity.

Great job. Good opportunity for success, but company is going through some growing pains as they try to become multi-threaded and less focused on eSign alone.

The people I work with are amazing and there is a great culture. There’s still some some growing pains but overall a great place to work.
