Culture is becoming way more performance based and PIP heavy. Hit your targets or you’ll be PIP’d. SMB has a decent amount of inbound and can hit your number if you’re good. Some very nice accelerators for exceeding quota. Almost zero training and onboarding so it’s up to you to figure it out.
