Current Employee Docusign still has a solid culture and the executive team is aware that the collaboration between teams still isn't great, but they are working to make that better. It does seem that this fiscal year the compensation plan is much more complicated a lot less transparent. We are inching our way along to get more customers to become aware of what else we can do outside of eSign but it doesn't click with everyone yet.
