My overall experience was positive. Change is slow moving but it happens. Benefits are good and leaders are in general experienced and accessible

Unfocused product dev. Encouraged to use bullying tactics to "upgrade" existing customers. Lack of pragmatism for outreach methods. While I was there they cut company days off, and had two rounds of terribly managed lay-offs. C-suite was in absolute turmoil amidst post-pandemic stock drops.

DocuSign can be a little chaotic with processes all over the place and poor data at hand; but there's certainly worse places to be. They over-hired during COVID but that seems to have levelled out and there is plenty of opportunity in the market as their CLM product matures.

Good leadership at the team level, but overall company is not working to make life easier on reps. Very few people hitting quota and overall morale is down.
