My overall experience was neutral. Over my 5 years in the Sales org (from entry level thru AE), I saw good leaders and bad ones. Quota attainment was relatively easy to accomplish until around the Fall of 2020. Seemed like there was over hiring during the beginning of COVID, without a compensatory increase in managers, training, quota change, etc. Lots of growing pains from then on until I left in the Summer of 2022.
