Docusign is a great company to work for and its new product "IAM" is on an upward trend. I believe in DocuSign's growth. Expectations are becoming higher for reps, so could be a bit more of a cutthroat culture as years progress. I highly recommend Docusign culture and most of its sales leaders.

Sales Development Org has taken a dive since bringing in AWS leadership. Quotas are up, there's a 75% attainment floor to get paid out commission at all. No opportunity to take a vacation. Promotion is more difficult than it used to be and extremely competitive. There's no skill development beyond prospecting either, so you'll have to do that on your own to prepare...Read More
