- Little to no training on product. You have to learn all aspects of DocuSign on your own or via other team members and a large database of PPTs. Can be overwhelming as a newcomer to the organization. - Inflation = frowned upon by management, but necessary to hit quota. The closer a customer is to their contract expiration, the larger the inflation on your deals. - Great earning potential with hitting/exceeding quota, SPIFFs, etc. - DocuSign laid off 20% of their sales force last year (Feb and Sept 2023).

my overall experience here was quite good. i just thought the product was quite limited in it's scope and therefore i think i didn't learn as much as i could in orgs that have a broader and more complicated range of offerings
