Great brand, historically good PLG motion meant you could build use cases with end users and take these up to management. Good support on deals from value management to help create ROI. Since recent acquisitions of HelloSign and others, have been able to create wider value

Positive overall experience, management supports you and has your back in deals/customer escalations. Product market fit is an issue with Google/MSFT focusing on this space.
