Poor sales organization- stodgy, company with outdated policies and compensation plans meant to keep reps from making any meaningful money. Many have left and are leaving -in the 2 years there I saw tons of churn. International teams competing for US biz/overlapping outreaches, HR and Legal personnel were unfit for their jobs, lazy incompetence from mgmt- I was witnessed some pretty bad things happen to clients who eventually bought, went through 6 CSMs and decent talent left. Please avoid!

Fine company to work for if you're early in your sales career. Leadership and constant GTM structure makes it difficult to grow and understand how to make money/be successful. Some slight tweaks to leadership style and structre could make D&B a top desination for sales talent.
