Current Employee Leadership is very poor, frontline managers can't/won't help you sell, limited access to Sales Engineers, SDRs are worthless, any operational tasks are a nightmare to navigate and take an eternity to complete. New licensing model with no adjusted quota or compensation structure. Product is amazing, most of your peers are good people, company is just moving too fast and needs to figure out the basic functions first.
